How
Much Will It Cost?
Inspection fees will vary depending on the age &
description of the home, it's size, weather it has
a basement, and number of crawlspaces (if any).
Elected options are priced separately. On the average,
most homebuyers require a general home inspection,
termite inspection and radon test. Our PRO
EXAM™ survey covers these three specific
areas together under one report and at a reduced
fee.

When
is Payment Due?
Payment is due upon completion of the site inspection.
The home inspection report is generally available
within 24-48 hours via E-mail or priority mail.

Realtor, Lender, or Insurance Company.
