Upon meeting Al, I found him to be very pleasant. During the inspection, he was extremely through, knowledgeable and informative. Al took his time to cover all the basis and then some. For example, he gave me useful tips on maintenance that should be performed on a regular basis, he told me whether the boiler, furnace, windows etc. were rated on a high to low scale, he gave me advice about the types of repairs the Seller would consider, and before moving on to each room, he asked if I had any further questions.
I walked away with knowledge of my new home that I otherwise would not have had without Al inspecting the property. Should you choose Al to inspect your intended new home, you will walk away with confidence in the knowledge you gain about the property.

Dear Al,
We closed on the property you inspected and are thinking we would like to have some work done on it. Per your report, the roof is near the end of its life, and as long as we are doing that, I’d like to make the bedroom a little larger, and maybe extend the living room and the kitchen. Do you know of any trustworthy contractors in the area that we could contact? My husband, George, was so impressed with your thoroughness, that he would seriously consider anyone who impressed you!

I was certainly satisfied with your professionalism, your inspection and your report. You were diligent and thorough. Neither time nor the cold weather curbed your efforts to thoroughly investigate the house and find all that was available to the experienced and inquisitive eye.
